In accordance with the approved testing program from June 22, 2014 through July 20, 2015, Gazprom dobycha Yamburg LLC, performed pilot and field testing of TOMFLON SAG 230 lubricant. The grease was tested on Christmas-tree valves at the wells 13201 and 13202 (Gas field No1V) and at the wells 4423 and 4433 (Gas field No No4), the Yamburg gas field. According to the evaluation committee report, the lubricant successfully passed pilot testing. In particular, the committee indicated the improvement of performance characteristics of shut-off valves. Specifically: 

1.    Smoothness and ease of valve hand-wheel turning under any declared temperature range;

2.    Zero leakage of shut-off valves was attained.
